By accessing or using the Service, clicking "I agree", creating an account, or beginning a session or chat, you ("you", "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You must affirmatively accept these Terms before any chat or reading begins; that acceptance is recorded.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You represent that all information you provide (including your name, email, and birth details) is accurate and that you are using the Service for yourself.
No physician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. The Service is not designed for and must not be used in a crisis or emergency. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, abuse, violence, or any medical or mental-health emergency, stop using the Service and immediately contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline. We may decline or halt any session we consider unsuitable, at our sole discretion, without liability.
You acknowledge and agree that any action, decision, interpretation, or inaction you take based on the Service is your own sole and exclusive responsibility. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Service and acting on its content. You agree that FourLense is not, and shall never be, responsible or liable for any problem, loss, harm, distress, relationship outcome, decision, or consequence in your life, whether or not connected to your use of the Service.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH A DELIVERED READING IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and in consideration of access to the Service, you hereby irrevocably release, waive, and forever discharge FourLense and its owners, founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and liabilities of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or in any way connected with the Service, the Content, or any situation, decision, or outcome in your life following your use of the Service, and you covenant not to sue the Released Parties over any of the foregoing. This release and covenant rest on, and are to be interpreted under, the following real legal frameworks:
Mandatory rights. Nothing in this section excludes, and this release does not apply to, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example liability for fraud, or rights that are non-waivable for consumers under Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms and national implementing laws, or non-waivable state consumer rights in the United States). This carve-out is what keeps the rest of this section enforceable; where any part is held invalid, the remainder continues to apply to the maximum lawful extent.
The Service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all such warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FourLense, its owners, founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, emotional distress, relationship harm, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific reading giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where a limitation is not permitted, it applies to the maximum extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FourLense and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) any decision or action you take based on the Service.
Readings are provided for the price shown at checkout, charged once, and processed by our payment partner Razorpay. The price depends on where you are: Indian Rupees in India, US Dollars elsewhere. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment comes first, delivery follows. After paying you provide your birth details and talk with the counsellor; your reading is generated at the end of that conversation and saved to your account, from where you can download it at any time. Payment is your request that we prepare a reading for you and your consent to us beginning that work; it is not itself the delivery. If you stop before your reading has been generated, nothing has been delivered and you are entitled to a full refund.
Once a reading has been generated and saved to your account it is delivered, and because it is a personalised digital product delivered readings are non-refundable. You are refunded in full wherever we do not deliver: if our safety check ends your session, if generation fails, if you leave before the reading is made, if you are charged more than once, or if a charge was not authorised by you. The full detail, including how to raise a request and how long refunds take, is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for the information you submit. You must not use the Service unlawfully, submit content that is illegal or that infringes others' rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or use it to harm any person. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
The Service, its design, software, and the format and presentation of the reports are owned by FourLense and protected by law. Your personalised report is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Underlying source materials remain the property of their respective rights-holders.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in India, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator; and, to the extent arbitration does not apply, the courts at the seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FourLense regarding the Service.
